Caramel Cake

Caramel Cake is made using some combination of buttermilk, whole milk, and heavy cream. Vanilla extract and a small amount of salt are also commonly used to enhance the flavor. Other ingredients like cornstarch, corn syrup, baking soda, confectioners’ sugar, and evaporated milk can also be added to caramel icing.
